About Reece

We are Australia’s most successful supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, with over 450 stores across Australia with over 4,000 staff and thousands of products.

Reece is different. We’re a successful national company that doesn’t like to make a fuss of our success. We’re a big business that works hard to retain the great things from when we were a small business.

Thousands of builders and plumbers turn to Reece because of our reputation for “having what you need, when you need it, where you need it.” It’s all about delivering the best service possible. A commitment we live by every day. The Reece team are committed, down to earth and driven people striving for greatness every day.

The Opportunity

As an Operations Graduate at Reece, you will be immersed in the heart of our business.  Our two-year program will see you rotate around several of our specialised business units, starting with time in a plumbing branch to learn the business and customers.  Your rotations will be tailored to suit you.

You will spend time in our branch network that will enable you to acquire the skills and knowledge of the Reece Group’s products, systems and processes with a focus on customer experience and service.

You will be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced, fun and highly commercial environment.

You will be supported, challenged and treated like a valued team member from day one. Our Leaders are genuinely invested in this program and will dedicate time with you personally, coaching you, and supporting you as your career develops with Reece.

Your Learning & Development

We focus on practical ‘on the job training’ as well as providing you with specific personal and professional development programs and opportunities. Reece prioritises career development for internal staff, and demonstrated success in this role will set you up for further growth and development opportunities within our large national organisation.

As well as formal training, you will learn by working alongside some of the best in the business. You will learn about our organisation, core values and the professional standards we aspire to. This program really sets you up for a successful career at Reece and prepares you for many more learning opportunities ahead.

Our Ideal Candidates

We value common sense and culture fit as highly as university degrees and grades. What is most important to us though, is commitment, customer focus, teamwork, a positive attitude, grit, flexibility, and an exceptional ability to communicate.  Your willingness to “have a go” together with your passion for building relationships will lead to success in this role.

While previous customer service experience will be particularly valued, we are also open to other transferrable skills.  If you enjoy a fast-paced team environment and are driven by customer service excellence, you will thrive in our dynamic business.

A Career and More

We can offer start dates in September 2017, or March 2018. You will receive a competitive remuneration package and a range of staff benefits is also available including discounts on Reece products and member advantage access to discounts at some of Australia’s largest retailers.
