The Opportunity

As an Operations Graduate at Reece, you will be immersed in the heart of our business.  Our two-year program will see you rotate around several of our specialised business units, starting with time in a plumbing branch to learn the business and customers.  Your rotations will be tailored to suit you.

You will spend time in our branch network that will enable you to acquire the skills and knowledge of the Reece Group’s products, systems and processes with a focus on customer experience and service.

You will be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced, fun and highly commercial environment.

You will be supported, challenged and treated like a valued team member from day one. Our Leaders are genuinely invested in this program and will dedicate time with you personally, coaching you, and supporting you as your career develops with Reece.

Your Learning & Development

We focus on practical ‘on the job training’ as well as providing you with specific personal and professional development programs and opportunities.
